Plot
Storyline
After spending three years in a mental hospital, former Chief Inspector Charles Dreyfus badly relapses after a visit from Clouseau. He escapes the asylum, and devises a deranged plan to kill Inspector Clouseau no matter the cost.
After three long years and countless hours of therapy following the events of The Return of the Pink Panther (1975), the former Chief Inspector Charles Dreyfus finally seemed to be on the right track. Having succeeded in forgetting Clouseau, the man who drove him mad, a cured Dreyfus finds himself back at square one after a fateful encounter with his goofy nemesis. Determined to settle the score once and for all, Dreyfus devises an evil master plan to threaten the world with total annihilation unless they hand over Jacques Clouseau. Now marked for death, will the new chief inspector stop the maniac and the mysterious Doomsday Machine?
