Plot Storyline
Two New York City cops, Billy Wong and Danny Garoni, head to Hong Kong after the daughter of a rich businessman is kidnapped by the drug lord, Mr. Ko.
After a poorly executed mission and the violent death of his partner, Billy Wong, the no-nonsense New York City police officer, and his new comrade, Danny Garoni, find themselves dragged into the perilous underworld of Hong Kong when the beautiful fashion designer, Laura Shapiro, is abducted right under their noses. As the authorities suspect that Laura's father may be involved with the infamous drug kingpin, Mr. Ko, the team embarks on a dangerous quest to track her down, following a faint trail of clues. But, is there more to Laura's kidnapping than meets the eye? Above all, can Billy, the protector with the deadly fists, find Laura before it is too late?
