After a poorly executed mission and the violent death of his partner, Billy Wong, the no-nonsense New York City police officer, and his new comrade, Danny Garoni, find themselves dragged into the perilous underworld of Hong Kong when the beautiful fashion designer, Laura Shapiro, is abducted right under their noses. As the authorities suspect that Laura's father may be involved with the infamous drug kingpin, Mr. Ko, the team embarks on a dangerous quest to track her down, following a faint trail of clues.
