Adult twin siblings Milo and Maggie Dean haven't seen each other in ten years, since Milo moved from their upstate New York hometown to Los Angeles to become an actor, his career never haven taken off. Milo and Maggie reconnect when Maggie receives a telephone call that Milo is in the hospital having tried to commit suicide, she who invites him to stay with her and Lance in his recovery. In their time together, they will have to deal with their largely unspoken dysfunction as siblings, it a big part of his depression, and the emotional issues that hide her own depressive nature.
