Annie Castillon (Alexandra Lamy) could actually be completely satisfied with her life in her family of six. She has been married for many years to Laurent (Philippe Katerine), a good-natured, slightly clumsy doctor who has his practice in the family home. The three oldest children, Cesar (Matteo Perez), Max (Joaquim Fossi) and Poupi (Chloe Gaillard), are in the throes of puberty, but they are essentially very lovable and take care of their little brother Antoine without complaint. But Annie is a helicopter mother who tries to direct her children's lives like a conductor - and that causes a lot of stress. Family life descends into complete chaos when Annie finds a positive pregnancy test in the bathroom bin. Who on earth is behind this? When she immediately starts investigating the circumstances, control freak Annie discovers that there are many secrets in her family. This applies not only to the secret joys and sorrows of her children, but also to her own husband. And suddenly Annie herself discovers hidden sides to herself that drive her into the arms of the neighbors' much younger son.
