In a small Mexican city, Alejandra and her husband Angel struggle to maintain their deteriorating marriage, while her brother, Fabian, works as a nurse at a local hospital. Their lives are disrupted by the arrival of a mysterious woman named Veronica, who introduces them to a secluded cabin in the woods. There, she reveals the existence of an extraterrestrial creature that offers otherworldly, intense pleasure to those who interact with it. As the characters succumb to the allure of the creature, they find themselves caught in a cycle of addiction and destruction that forces them to confront their deepest repressed desires and the fragility of their personal lives.
