Plot
Storyline
Petey works at LA Harbor and runs criminal activities there, too. When his honest cop brother is killed by dirty cops, he decides to go after them with help from an investigative reporter.
Two brothers live on opposite sides of the law: one is a cop and the other works on the waterfront as a crooked businessman. When the police officer is mysteriously murdered, the crook becomes spurred to vengeance and joins forces with a journalist to nail the dirty cops who ordered the hit.
