Plot
Storyline
Experienced NYPD detective John Harris is sent to London to help a local task force investigate a series of killings organized by a new player in town, an American gangster. Harris uses a teen wronged by gangsters to get to him.
An experienced NYPD detective, John Harris (Harvey Keitel), is dispatched to London to assist local police in combating a violent new drug cartel led by a ruthless American expat, Carl Frazer (Viggo Mortensen). Frazer recruits disaffected British teenagers to operate his criminal enterprise, forcing Harris to navigate the city's dark, gritty underworld to dismantle the operation.
