Bond is assisted by local spy Pinder, CIA counterpart Felix Leitner and his team. Largo and Fiona aren't naive, so a complicated game of deceit ensues, but the deadline for a 'demonstration' whipping Miami Beach off the map approaches, preparations having started to delver the ransom.
