Plot Storyline
As Andy prepares to leave for college, Woody, Buzz and the gang face an uncertain future when a mix-up sends them to a daycare center full of new toys.
With 17-year-old Andy ready to leave the nest and spread his wings after the events of Toy Story 2 (1999), Woody and the toy gang sense the time for hard goodbyes is just around the corner. At least, living in the attic is better than nothing. Instead, as the young man heads off to college, a moment of distraction sends the entire collection to the promising Sunnyside Daycare Centre: a colourful place where once-adored toys get a second chance at love. But there's more to the local paradise than meets the eye. And when Andy's stranded toys discover a dark side, Buzz and his friends must summon every last ounce of courage for the great escape. The question is, however, will things be the same again?
