Plot
Storyline
The plague hits medieval Sweden.
Hanna leaves her children and her farm to ride out and meet her husband, the crusader Ulf, who is on his way home again after four years in the Orient. Halfway through, she encounters the plague that spreads over land in lightning speed. But she still decides to continue.
