Shankar is a corrupt police officer working for corrupt politician Prakash Jhadav (Dada) but is kind towards people in his Chawl and helps is friends participate in political rally's for which they are well paid.Dada takes advantage of this situation asks them to participate in his rally's whenever needed, Dada's position in his party is in danger and asks Shankar to arrange his friends for a political rally and at last moment sends him to Goa.Upon returning.Shankar finds that his friends participating in the rally have been killed in cross firing.His love Shaku also blames him for death of her mother in the same rally.Shankar investigates and finds that all this was planned by none other then Dada.
