Plot:
Michael Payton, a career criminal and expert driver is wanted by the police in Metro City. The city is under a crime wave from the sisnister Syndicate. The Metro Police have a project for a specialized car that will help bring down The Syndicate, the only problem is it needs a driver. After an accident Payton with a new identity will use The Viper to take down The Syndicate. With the car's creator Julian Wilkes and the Metro PD Motorpool head Franklin X. Waters, The Syndicate doesnt stand a chance.
