Catherine and Oracio are real estate agents in the expensive west of Paris and have one goal: to trigger the "wow!" effect in their clients. They are currently offering two properties that couldn't be more different: One is a stately 19th century property in Louveciennes, which has charm but is in need of renovation and is still occupied by the owners. The husband is reluctant to sell and refuses any modernization. The second property is a three-room new-build apartment in the so-called "golden triangle" of Bougival. What begins as a routine viewing quickly develops into a series of bizarre encounters. The potential buyers bring their expectations, life stories and disappointments with them, which presents the estate agent duo with unexpected challenges. Catherine and Oracio not only have to deal with the quirks of their clients, but also with their own problems: Catherine, recently widowed, is struggling with grief, while Oracio, a newcomer to the industry, is trying to find his place.
