Plot
Storyline
Faced with life changing news, Maria, a fifty-five year old woman, chooses to take a trip to Greece with her closest girlfriends against the advice of her son and doctors.
Up until now, Maria, a fifty-five-year-old divorced woman from Bilbao, has been leading an almost uneventful life. Then, unexpectedly, in the face of a cruel and unjust fate, Maria plucks up the courage to rebel, and in one of those spur-of-the-moment decisions, she embarks on a refreshing journey of freedom to Greece, in the remote, sun-kissed island of Nisyros, along with her two best friends. But, there, the romantic complications of sudden love will pave the way for passionate experiences and generous happiness, despite the odds.
