In 1974, at the isolated Glensville Sanatorium in West Virginia, three cannibalistic brothers-Three Finger, Saw Tooth, and One Eye-escape their cells and lead a bloody riot against the medical staff. Decades later, a group of college students on a snowmobiling trip take a wrong turn during a blizzard and seek shelter in the now-abandoned, decaying asylum. Little do they know, the original inhabitants still call the hospital home and are hungry for new prey. As the night unfolds, the students find themselves trapped in a deadly game of survival, hunted through the freezing corridors by the deranged brothers in the very place where their reign of terror began.
