Plot
Storyline
First WrestleMania on March 31st, 1985 at Madison Square Garden in New York City. In the main event, Hulk Hogan and Mr. T battle Paul Orndorff and Roddy Piper. Celebrity guests include Muhammad Ali, Billy Martin and Liberace.
WWE ushered in a new era when WrestleMania took over "The World's Most Famous Arena" Madison Square Garden in New York. The star-studded affair - featuring Hulk Hogan and TV sensation Mr. T against "Rowdy" Roddy Piper and Paul Orndorff - involved the likes of Cyndi Lauper, Muhammad Ali and Liberace. Plus, Andre the Giant decimating Bobby Heenan's charge, Big John Studd, in a $15,000 Body Slam Challenge.
