Plot
Storyline
A traumatized veteran unafraid of violence tracks down missing girls for a living. When a job spins out of control, Joe's nightmares overtake him as a conspiracy is uncovered leading to what could be his death trip or his awakening.
When a teenage girl is kidnapped, a jaded enforcer (Phoenix) begins a rescue mission, but uncovers high-level corruption and abuses of power. As he is engulfed in his search for the girl, he is forced to reckon with his own childhood trauma suffered at the hands of his abusive father.
