The Dutch couple Alison and Michael travel by car with Alison's mother Sylvia to a hospital in the Easter Europe. Alison wants a breast reduction and Sylvia a plastic surgery and the hospital of Dr. K is cheaper and cheaper. They are welcomed by his assistant, Janja, who shows the hospital for them. They also meet the womanizer driver Daniel, who hits on Alison. Michael is a former medical student, who quit the course since he has blood phobia. While Alison is preparing for the surgery, Daniel invites Michael to visit the hospital. But Daniel is a junkie and is indeed trying to rob drugs for his use. The clumsy Michael sees a woman tied up to a stretcher with a mask, and he removes her mask. The woman is a monster, and Michael and Daniel flee from the room. However, the woman uses her teeth to chew the straps that are holding her and goes to the hospital area, turning staff and patients into zombies and creating a havoc.
