Beware of the Car

The story of a Soviet "Robin Hood", who works as an insurance agent. Due to access to financial data, he can recognize some of his customers as the corrupt or fraudsters. Working 9-to-5 as an insurance agent, at night he becomes a car thief. He hijacks the cars of "bad guys" anonymously committing all money to charity. But the situation becomes complicated: his best friend is a cop who is trying to catch the serial car thief.
