Plot Storyline

A flood breaks out and the coastal towns need to be evacuated. The prison in the city decide to transfer the prisoners. A retired policeman alone has to transfer three dangerous prisoners, who find it a rare opportunity to escape.

After careful planning the transfer of the prison is carried out in an orderly manner. However, there are three dangerous prisoners refuses to dispatch. In desperation, the retired prison guard serves as the persuasion and escort for the three people. The three prisoners have their own plans in the way. Can they arrive the destination peacefully finally?
