Ailo's Journey

*Male reindeer calf Ailo is born aside while the herd trots on, so his first impressions of discovering the world are alone or with his mother. He meets various species indigenous to Lapland, such as the lemming, nervous ermine and squirrel or the owl and ferrets. Luckily they soon catch up with the herd, as they must survive the presence of wolves and bears and his exploration of nature continues, including such challenges as passing an icy, rather deep river .
