Plot Storyline

Rapidly running out of lifesaving insulin, diabetic Greg hitchhikes from Brooklyn to Canada with his (recent) ex-fiance Mari. As Greg's health deteriorates he depends on the kindness of strangers and fellow healthcare refugees.
