Plot Storyline

A psychopathic killer uses the carousel ride at a carnival to pick his victims, who he then murders and dismembers.

A brutal murder has taken place at the Coney Island amusement park and District Attorney Dan is assigned to investigate and bring the killer to justice. For some reason, he decides to celebrate his engagement to Laura by inviting his fiancee to come with him and enjoy the park, although a violent murderer is still running loose. As the body count rises, Dan must sift through the clues before he and Laura become the next victims.
