Carter's Place

A thirteen year-old boy and his talking dog are on a quest to save the family business. They venture out in a dangerous new world built in the sky to protect a treasured legacy. They do the impossible and discover the obtainable - their destiny. Carter's Place is a music filled family establishment run by a lone African American family in the largest mutant, humanoid colony built in the Stratosphere.
