Plot
Storyline
After years in a psychiatric hospital, Ethel is released, and her aunt takes her in to live a quiet existence. But discharging her was a mistake, and now her appetite for murder is stronger than it ever was for food.
Weighing in at about 300 pounds.. Ethel Janowski allows nobody to stand in the way of her gluttonous appetite--even if it means she must murder them. After years in a psychiatric hospital, she is taken in by her aunt, who hopes that they will live peaceably, but many people, including the head nurse of the institution and a local detective, believe that letting Ethel leave that hospital was a HUGE mistake.
