Plot Storyline

A family seeks justice after their daughter is assaulted in jail and the law does nothing to protect her.

A bitter-at-the-world, uncaring, arrogant judge tosses a pair of underage joyriders into the county jail (with rats, lice, and rape-happy guards)...in order to teach them and their parents a lesson. Instead, by doing this, he creates a living hell for all involved.
