Plot:

Just before a truck hits a 10-year-old boy, everything comes to a standstill. A man who is witnessing the accident is the only one who can move in the frozen world, and he discovers a way to save the boy's life. But in his attempt to alter the boy's fate he must face a cruel dilemma.
