El doctor

In a cheap Mexican bar, a gloomy physician drowns his sorrows. He is feeling alone, and his weary body needs rest. However, people need him. After all, the local hospital houses needy patients with surreal conditions--all strange maladies treated by a flawed human with a weakness for strong drink. But life is a series of temptations and afflictions. The Saint of Holes is the angel of emptiness; there is nothing a mortal can do. If given the opportunity, what would the doctor give for a miracle?
