Plot Storyline

The fascinating love story between Jorge and Laura from 1980 to 1999, within a context in which Argentine politics and history transits between the dictatorship, the Falklands war and the nascent democracy.

The love story between Jorge Pellegrini, a promising writer, and Laura Ramallo, a passionate waitress with artistic aspirations, over almost two decades. It begins in 1980 and ends on 1999. It tells their initial romance, the subsequent disagreements, the triumphs, the individual defeats - and their final reunion, using the events of Argentine history of these years as a backdrop.
