Avenida del Libertador, Buenos Aires, Argentina. Day in, day out, conscientious superintendent/security guard Carlos has to deal with the whims of the bourgeois residents of an old high rise overlooking the Parque Tres de Febrero and the Paseo El Rosedal Garden. But it seems that their lives are falling apart. As Carlo tries to handle a dire emergency, a more pressing matter demands a solution. Why is the multi-storey block of flats swaying like a reed? Where is the source of the mysterious leak in the basement?
