Plot Storyline

A nerdy young college instructor named Shinji Kikyo returns home one day to find himself the target of a mad assassin.

A black comedy/drama about an organization called Japan's Population Control Council" which, among other things, plans to liquidate all unnecessary people, regardless of age or gender. When it dawns on the people what is happening, the real fight begins.
