Simone is a thirty-year-old orphan who is still very unsure about his future. Following an unfortunate incident, Simone is sentenced to perform community service at a nursing home. The young man's arrival disrupts the peaceful routine of the nursing home. At first, he is met with hostility by a lively group of residents, led by the charismatic Ettore. A full-blown generational clash erupts between Simone and the sprightly elderly residents, with no holds barred, fueled by misunderstandings and prejudices.
