Everyday Is Like Sunday

Flora, Jason and Mark are roommates and longtime friends. Flora and Jason are now a couple, their relationship borne out of that friendship. The three largely hang out together, not doing much of anything. Flora, who comes from a wealthy family and who received a large inheritance upon the death of her father, pays most of the household bills. Beyond her office day job, she dabbles in her interests of writing, music, directing and photography. She doesn't like that Jason doesn't seem to have any ambition beyond his job working at a pizza joint, which he's done for four years. Jason, a composer and musician, resents when Flora tries to push him to do stuff, even stuff that she thinks in which he has an interest. And insecure and needy Mark, who nonetheless has a graduate degree, is unemployed largely because he sabotages himself in interviews, always over-analyzing any situation he's in. During this uncertain time in their joint lives, Flora contemplates making a change in touring with her friend Damien's band, while Mark believes he's found the love of his life in Flora's work colleague, Anelie. The question becomes whether any of these changes will bring any of their lives into clearer focus for themselves.
