-In the midst of a housing crisis, the tenants of a seniors' residence (RPA) in Montreal (Canada) are fighting tooth and nail to keep their roof over their heads. On January 31, 2022, the seniors of the Mont-Carmel Residence received an eviction notice announcing the closure of their RPA, but they refuse to capitulate. They decided to unite against the new owner, a real estate developer nicknamed the "king of renovations". Journalist Noemi Mercier takes the audience behind the scenes of their resistance.
