Plot Storyline

Sixteen-year old Raven Highgate is not your average teenager, she is a vampire and this is her umpteenth time attending a new high school to keep her identity hidden. But when a local cop reveals she knows Raven's secret and offers to introduce Raven to others of her kind in exchange for help catching a murderer loose in the school, Raven has no choice but to accept. . .but at what cost?

Raven is 116 years old, and all the people whom she has known since she was born in 1920s have died, Gram who found her stealing blood and took her in dies some 2yrs ago and she is left alone. A detective whose family was murdered by vampires hunts and studies her and hires her for a case in a prestigious school where she finally meets a guy who likes her for her but she is too caught up with a fake guy to realize it although many secrets lie beneath the friends in school and maybe even as a vampire she is not safe from them.
