Four Short Films About Love

This beautifully crafted film, written and directed by Bay Area teenagers, takes a surprisingly candid look at relationships that shape teens' lives through poignant depictions of everyday interactions: a Russian family dinner, a couple strolling through the Mission district, a triad of sisters in bed on a sunny Sunday morning. Intimately photographed scenes give us a peek into the lives of a culturally diverse group of American Jews. Four Short Films looks beneath the surface of ordinary interactions to explore what draws us toward and pushes us away from the people we love.
