Plot Storyline

Marie, a young provincial girl, is seduced by an American billionaire. She did agree to follow him if he moves her village to New York.

Marie lives in the small, peaceful village of Angevine, a community where everyone is happy. The mayor combs through the post and censors bad news. But that's not enough for Marie. She dreams of taking part in a beauty contest. One day, a rich American comes to Angevine looking for a fifth wife.
