H2o: One Life One Chance

This film contains the complete live performance from H20's historic 10 year Anniversary show at NYC's Knitting Factory. Also included is the original long form home video F.T.T.W. shot between 1994 and 1999 which includes interviews, H20 in the studio recording their first 2 records, tons of on the road footage and live songs all over the world. All of H2O's promo videos are also included such as Spirit of '84, Family Tree, Everready, One Life One Chance, Role Model, their cover of Ice Cube's classic, It Was a Good Day.
