Plot Storyline

In Hawaii, an undercover DEA agent and her civilian friend stumble upon a drug trafficking operation, and have to enlist the help of all their colleagues/friends to go after the vicious drug kingpin.

Donna and Taryn, undercover drug enforcement agents with a license to kill, run a cargo service in Molokai, Hawaii. After inadvertently intercepting a cache of diamonds meant for notorious drug kingpin Mr Chang and his brutal lead distributor Seth Romero, the crime-fighting duo is marked for death. To assist them, The Agency sends Rowdy Abilene, the brother of Cody Abilene in Malibu Express (1985). But as the situation escalates, the girls must face an unknown threat: a gigantic python contaminated with deadly toxins. Meanwhile, the criminals are determined to get the precious gems back and will stop at nothing to succeed. Now confronted by crazed crime lords hell-bent on murder, can the Uzi-toting L.E.T.H.A.L. Ladies restore peace in paradise?
