Murder in Miribel

Anna, 35, single, and a gendarme captain, finds herself working a complex case. Mylene, 60, a concert pianist of international renown, is found dead in her cottage, smothered in her sleep. At the same time Anna's journalist mother, Catherine, 58, has arrived from Paris for a one-month holiday. She starts interfering in the investigation, for an article she wants to write. Anna and her mother have a complicated relationship. Catherine is very invasive, meddling in everything (from Anna's love life to small, everyday things), and Anna doesn't know how to impose limits. The investigation leads them on the track of several suspects.
