Lili en Marleen is a television series about the fortunes of the residents of cafe De Lichttoren from World War II until the end of the 1960s in Antwerp (Belgium). The series is based on the play of the same name by Walter Van de Velde, which was first performed by the Traveling People's Theater in 1987.
