Plot:

In a military hospital, a soldier with what seems to be an animal bite injury is brought in, along with a large crate. The soldiers are visibly unsettled. Suddenly, a mysterious man appears and begins to recount the legend of the Spear of Longinus, marking the start of a night filled with unimaginable terror.
