Her careless teenager's life, a round of school and squabbling with her mother, is suddenly weighed down by a battle she is determined to win, overcoming the disease and all its ordeals: the treatment, the physical debilitation, the hair loss, the pity - With humor, insolence and vitality, mother and daughter become closer. To help Cathy get better, Tania will do anything, even help out the PE teacher, whom she hates but who has taken a shine to her mother. But Cathy is feeling mutilated.
