Plot Storyline

This irreverent film tells the adventures of a middle-class university student called Lula on his birthday, disclosing the profile of a desperate youngster, a sly debauch activist, under the lack of ideals brought by the military dictatorship of the time.

In Bahia, in the late 60's, the alienated college student Lula (Antonio Luiz Martins) spends his time protesting in the university, but without political orientation, wandering on the streets, smoking grass, trying to be an actor and having sex. Meanwhile, a common young man stalks women on the streets trying to have intercourse with them.
