Plot
Storyline
After her thief mother's execution, Moll grows up in a nunnery until an abusive priest prompts her teenage rebellion. She flees to London's streets and, facing hardship, takes work as a prostitute for Mrs. Allworthy, meeting Hibble.
The daughter of a thief, young Moll is placed in the care of a nunnery after her mother's execution, but the actions of an abusive priest lead her to rebel as a teenager, and she escapes to the dangerous streets of London.
