Puja, a multi-billionaire orphan studying in Canada, returns to India when her parents perish and her uncle Kumar assumes control of her inheritance until she turns twenty-one. Kumar compels her to leave her studies abroad and enroll in an Indian college alongside his son Prem, with the aim of orchestrating her marriage to keep the fortune within the family. In college, Puja encounters Rohit and his circle of friends, as well as a spirited tomboy named Simran. Despite a rocky initial encounter with Rohit, they grow close. However, a mysterious look-alike of Rohit appears, and as circumstances escalate, a string of ominous events unfolds that endanger both Puja and Rohit.
