Mystery Woman: Snapshot

Popular tycoon Avery Summers dies in a car accident during his annual birthday drive in his beloved Oldtimer. When his airhead sister Barbara hears she inherits none of the business empire, which her father started, she calls foul play and contests family and business lawyer Robert Benson's claim that she agreed to the arrangement. That seems improbable even to Baraba's friend Samantha Kinsey, until Barabara is killed by an apparent robber who seems to have taken only the birthday party pictures which Barbara called proof of her claim. Chief Connors refuses to investigate, the family wants no autopsy and the lawyer can legally deny any reading of the relevant paperwork. Still Samantha investigates the family secrets, which makes her car the next sabotage target. Meanwhile Philby fails to do plumber's work and mistrusts the professionals called in, as turns out for more then one good reason.
