Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising

Having survived the intense turf war in Neighbors (2014), Kelly and Mac are ready to sell their first home and relocate far away from the nightmare property. But with Stella's mum expecting a second child, the couple has four weeks to make their suburban dream come true. Instead, the rowdy Kappa Nu sorority, led by bad girl Shelby, rents the former Delta Psi Beta fraternity house next door, threatening to destroy the block's newfound peace. After all, no one would want to buy a house nestled in a party zone. As the already volatile situation escalates, Kelly and Mac are going to need all the help they can get to rid the street of the hormonally imbalanced teenage girls.
