Plot
Storyline
In the first year after WW2, a young officer of the Communist secret police falls in love with the woman whose husband was the enemy of the new regime.
After WW II, Partisan officer Petar Horvat and his girlfriend Ljiljana move into an apartment in Zagreb. Its owner is a young widow, Matilda Ivancic. Matilda soon starts to seduce Petar with her sophistication and sex appeal. This love affair between Petar and the bourgeois Matilda is considered unsuitable, and Peter is warned by his chiefs.
